Making a referral is straightforward. Once submitted, we maintain regular communication with you and your patient so that treatment can start as soon as possible.
Our Process
- Providers fill out a patient referral form
- Our Intake and Authorization Specialists will handle insurance verification and secure any necessary prior authorizations. Additionally, we’ll assist patients in enrolling in drug manufacturer patient assistance programs to alleviate out-of-pocket costs.
- After third-party verifications are completed and auth approval is received, we contact the patient to schedule their first visit,
- Our skilled clinicians diligently document all aspects of treatment and communicate any pertinent information with healthcare providers.
